More Historic Alaskana

Please excuse the shadow that you see, these pieces are not two toned. I must learn photography at some point…These two pieces were picked at a quonset hut in Anchorage that was about to be torn down. The location had been an old homestead. The pieces were made by the owner. I could not bare to paint over the old lettering that says sheaves. I was hesitant to paint over them at all but I think it really looks good.
